Harvested, crushed and left on skins only momentarily to produce a soft rose gold hue, then chilled and allowed to naturally ferment.
Rose gold colour, strawberries and cream, with a bit of zip and dangerously drinkable!

Handpicked in January 2016 on a typical hot and dry Australian summer day. Once picked, the fruit was delivered immediately to the winery where it was crushed and gently pressed, then chilled and left to begin wild fermentation.
A delicate mix of fresh fruit with a crisp, crunchy finish.
